1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ji baji ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ji baji website located at https://ji-baji.com, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support functions (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a ji baji account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ji baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ji baji.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ji baji Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. ji baji operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage access and will take all reasonable steps to verify player age.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online betting is lawful in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have requested a self-exclusion from ji baji or any other gambling platform that is still active.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ji baji reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe an eligibility condition is not, or is no longer, being met. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of ji baji and its affiliated technology and payment partners are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotional offers.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of ji baji's services, you must register an account through the ji baji Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred contact details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on the ji baji Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — under the same identity, device, household, IP address, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms. ji baji uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate registrations. All duplicate accounts and any funds held within them are subject to closure and forfeiture at ji baji's absolute discretion.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ji baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in line with industry best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and payment method:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your name)
• A selfie or live photo for facial verification purposes

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. ji baji aims to process KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji baji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ji baji will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. ji baji accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ji baji supports a range of payment methods suited to Bangladesh-based players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All monetary transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ji baji does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically clear within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited.
• ji baji reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be matched to a verified account or if fraud concerns are identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in your account settings.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. Requests from accounts that have not completed KYC will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
• ji baji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Mobile money withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to release.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ji baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions during BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup seasons. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each specific promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including multi-accounting, matched betting using ji baji funds, or any coordinated bonus abuse strategy — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account closure.
• ji baji reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and subject to active wagering requirements.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated timeframe will be removed from your account automatically.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific percentage match, maximum bonus amount in BDT, and minimum qualifying deposit are stated on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other new player offer.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports bets and casino game play on ji baji are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of the overall Terms.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. ji baji does not guarantee odds availability — markets may be suspended or removed at any time prior to your bet being confirmed.
• Once accepted and confirmed by the Platform, bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or transferred by the player except where a "cash out" feature is available and explicitly offered for the relevant market.
• ji baji reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors, system errors, match irregularities, or events outside the Platform's control. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the player's account.
• Cricket betting markets on ji baji — including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and T20 World Cup fixtures — are settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a dispute, ji baji's decision on settlement is final.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional risk including delayed data feeds. ji baji will not be liable for any bets placed based on incorrect or delayed live data.

6.2 Casino & Slots

• All casino games — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules are governed by the respective provider's certified game logic.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, bets already placed and confirmed prior to disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome. ji baji accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues outside its control.
• Maximum bet limits may apply to individual games, particularly during bonus play. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or bonus terms.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any event that affects the integrity of a game or bet outcome, ji baji reserves the right to void affected transactions and return staked amounts to the relevant accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a system error or manifest pricing mistake will not be honoured. The principle "malfunctions void all pays and plays" applies across all casino and slot games on the Platform.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ji baji Platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, closure, and possible legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way not sanctioned by ji baji.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to our support team immediately rather than used.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in relation to any sporting event offered for betting on the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ji baji staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of the Platform's back-end infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographical location or to bypass Platform access restrictions.

ji baji monitors Platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, ji baji may immediately restrict or close the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and retain affected funds pending investigation. Players will be notified of such action and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of a ji baji account. The circumstances and procedures governing suspension and closure are outlined below.

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ji baji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding bets will be settled at their natural conclusion and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. 8.2 Suspension or Closure by ji baji

ji baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification step.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be closed.

Where an account is closed by ji baji due to a proven breach of these Terms, ji baji reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. In all other closure scenarios, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.
